China’s College Psychological Counseling And Mental Health Education To Explore Ways To Institutionalize

Western countries college counseling has developed been nearly a century. After years of development, has formed a sound management system to run. Our university counseling and mental health education since1984there has been more than20years, from a focus on students’ ideological and political education to the trend in student counseling cases, and even mental health education for all students, is developing rapidly. Currently various colleges and universities has been basically established the appropriate service agencies for college students in terms of personality psychology and mental training groups have carried out active exploration, achieved a lot, for the full development of human culture has played an important role. Under the impetus of practice in all aspects of research also made great progress.But in the actual organization and management, the staff is a bit confusing, counseling teacher student ratio is less than that for the actual operation of institutions there is no uniform requirement, since we are learning from the West since the development of relevant psychological theory, so we the theoretical basis is not perfect, they have a serious impact of College counseling and Mental Health Education of the actual results, which we need to be further explored to develop the system, the study countermeasures, in order to facilitate university psychological counseling and mental health education the healthy development.In this paper, institutionalized way of college counseling and mental health education for the study, through the university counseling and mental health education system analysis, including aspects of the team system, management system and technology system, etc., to identify university counseling service development process the main research question arising settings from the service concept, organization, team building, operation and management, and explore ways to psychological counseling and mental health education into institutionalized. Specific operation and actual operation through the institutionalization of development, in order to standardize psychological counseling and mental health education work to improve service effectiveness.
