Integration Of IT And High School Mental Health Education Practice Research

The integration of IT and disciplinary education had brought hugechange in all aspects of teaching,including the mental health educationclasses.It is the Achievement of the continuing thinking and fumbling inthe actual work of the educators based on the teaching reform. Theintegration can help teachers to solve the problems of teaching content andform effectivly and timely. I have trid to integrate QQ and mental healtheducation teaching process in high school,not only the teaching structuremore optimized, more diverse teaching methods also make mental healtheducation activities more effective, more attractive, but also themanagement of mental health education work more convenient andefficient. Confirmed in this way through the concrete practice helps tocreate a genuine mental health education atmosphere conducive to fullymobilize the enthusiasm of the students, and help expand the content andform of mental health education,to enrich the contents of the mental healtheducation， also greatly broaden counseling space. The research-basedpractice research， supplemented by theoretical studies， mainly literaturereview， interviews survey research on the subject.In the process of the integration of information technology and mentalhealth education curriculum， we found that there is still a need to continueto explore specific teaching situation， for example， the ways and meansof integration questionable， some integration practice just focus on theform of add， and from mental discipline lesson the subject requires teaching content and teaching objectives， can not really improve thequality of classroom teaching， and so on. These are all we need to thinkabout and try to solve the problem in practice.
