Research On Governance Of Female Migrant Workers’Psychological Environment

Female migrant workers are the special group of the Period of Social Transformation, has an important role in promoting China’s modernization and urbanization. With the accelerating process of urbanization, the number of migrant workers is increasing,the proportion of female migrant workers is also rising,,becoming a more special group.Female migrant workers as the main force in the development of China’s labor-intensive industries, their harmonious psychological environment has great significance for China’s economic development and social stability. The female migrant workers’psychology environmental governance is not only a prerequisite for China’s economic and social development,but also an important guarantee for building a socialist harmonious society.Currently, female migrant workers’psychological environment governance has made some achievements, but also there is a range of psychological environmental governance is not comprehensive enough, not big enough, and govern in a way that is relatively simple problem. In this paper, Lewin psychological environment theory, build the governance framework of the psychological environment of female migrant workers,supply method for female migrant workers’mental health counseling, improvement of working and living environment, psychological stress release.In addition to the introduction, including a total of five parts:The first part introduces three key basic concepts, that female migrant workers, psychological environmental and governance.Expound the core substance and the theoretical framework about the theory of Lewin’spsychological environment.The second part ues the empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and the female migrant workers’mental health findings to make structured analysis, frequency analysis and factor analysis,explore the female migrant workers’ mental health condition and problems,use the depth interviews to explore the female migrant workers’pressure and its causes.The third part according to the theoretical framework to make the female migrant workers’psychological environment divided into objective physical environment, social relations and support environment and ideological feelings and reality difference environment,according to the results of the study design, analyze the three female migrant workers’psychological environment conditions, including the problems and their causes in detail.The fourth part discusses how to govern, to build a harmonious female migrant workers psychological environment,form the tripartite governance model of government governance,corporate governance and social governance.The fifth part is a summary of the article. Discusses the conclusions, gaps and areas for improvement in the future of this article.The innovation of this paper is:(1)on the research methods, the use of the empirical analysis and quantitative analysis combined the scientific and convincing.(2) on the framework of the study, constructed the three psychological environment for migrant women, break the traditional female migrant workers’mental health research, to analyse the female migrant workers’ mental health status and the reasonsfrom a more comprehensive perspective.(3) on the conclusion of the study, according to the analysis of the three psychological environment framework, put forward the control measures of the government, enterprises and social.
