| China is a large agricultural country,and migrant workers account for a large proportion of its population.With the continuous development of China’s economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,a large number of migrant workers flock to cities.In addition to the impact on China’s social structure,the large-scale population flow will also have a huge impact on the traditional rural family relationship mode.Many migrant families in the process of flow is half the flow state,namely one working outside,the other party in the home of the pattern,this pattern under a lot of family is in a state of dual separation for a long time,this pattern makes the traditional marriage instability,and this kind of marriage instability is migrant workers migrant workers under the helpless and perceptible.Guangzhou is a city with a large floating population in China.This paper studies the marriage quality of migrant workers from L District,F City,who come to Guangzhou to work,and studies the countermeasures to improve the marriage quality from the perspective of collaborative governance.This article mainly USES the questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the quality of F city migrant workers’ marriage,the marriage of migrant workers to study the current situation and existing problems of quality,in to understand the basis of the status quo,impact factor of the decrease of the quality of the relationship are analyzed,mainly from three aspects: government,society and individuals,Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the marriage quality of migrant workers from three aspects: government,society and individual. |
