Justice as a core proposition has already permeated through each field of the society, the education fair question, particularly of concern. With the extension of education justice is the important branch in social justice system, and create the atmosphere of social justice, to achieve a more comprehensive, more extensive social justice important foundation, is an important guarantee for building a harmonious socialist society. In the pursuit of educational justice, we must first solve the problem is the individual development and education fair relations. Different from the previous research angle, the scientific assessment of current situation of the development of the education justice, then will focus on individual education, on the relationship between the development of individual education and education fairness is studied, and the rational look at a series of problems existing in the current individual education in the view of justice. Finally the existing problems are put forward to promote individual development, maintenance countermeasures and suggestions to education fair education justice perspective, such as the education of individual enjoyment function of socialization, respect the individual’s right to education and adhering to the difference teaching ideas and methods. The realization of individual development of justice, first requests the educational behavior education justice, to ensure the educated person to accept the education fair, education should face the existing phenomenon of individual differences in the education process, the vulnerable groups to enjoy equal rights to education, in the comprehensive evaluation of the educated should also follow the objective principles of justice, to adhere to the same standards to evaluate every educated person. For the educated person should fully understand the difference, face the reality of education among individuals, according to the actual situation of students, develop different measures of education, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, so as to ensure the comprehensive development of educated individuals.This paper mainly carries on the elaboration from four aspects:first, from the general situation of domestic and foreign research on correlation on education justice and individual development carries on the elaboration, pointed out and specific objectives of this paper studies the feasibility of. Then the correlation between education justice and individual development is expounded, the basic concepts on the basis of this interpretation of educational justice and individual development of two problems, the understanding of the connotation of the two concepts, further to explore the relationship between the two, mainly from the understanding of individual development conditions, premise and realistic basis to talk about. Study on the consistency of value goal, object of study and the realistic standard three from the perspective of education fairness, to discuss the necessity of the development of the individual. Then in the view of education justice, individual development of education objective, principles and factors that affect individual development three aspects of the general law of the development of the individual. Finally it discusses the existential individual education in the view of justice, three problems including the educational purpose view of parochialism, education mode is single and education environment deliberately, further put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems, from the education of individual enjoyment function of socialization, to respect the rights of education individual and uphold the three level difference of education idea to solve the problem.
