The research is on the theories about education justice, and its purpose is to analyze and understand education justice, one of the fundamental education ideas, from the perspective of political philosophy. This research intends to answer the question by normative argument-what ought to be thought about the education justice rather than what is known. Concretely speaking, this research analyzes the concept of education justice, the conception of education justice and the institutional practice of education justice. The theoretical value of this research is to make a comprehensive understanding about theories of education justice from the perspective of political philosophy; and its practical value is to explore a way of institutional practice for the theories about education justice.Firstly, this research analyzes those relevant concepts of justice and education justice, and then points out that education justice is about the argument for the right of basic structure in education, by virtue of those core concepts, equality, liberty and impartiality, and then applies theories to analyze, evaluate as well as reform education institution and practice for bettering the education situation to reach harmonious order.Secondly, through the historical documentary analysis, this research finds that in the long developmental history of education justice, it developed from emphasizing natural right to natural rights, and from pursuing the internal good to external goods. Furthermore, the theory of education justice in modern society emphasizes not only the freedom of nature and the bringing-up of free will, but also the power of country as well as the mutual construction relationship between public education and country. In the end, based on the understanding of theories of education justice, this research indicates in third part that the institutional practice of education justice mainly includes two aspects: the reasonable construction and the balance of power.
