Analysis Of Forestry System Talent Team Construction Of The Ordos City

Forestry department is most important in the ecological civilization construction, plays a principal role, bears the main task.Only doing well the forestry system talent work seriously, training and clustering a group of larger scale, reasonable structure, high-quality talent team, in order to posses forestry future, achieve ecological civilization "China Dream".In Ordos city as a case, combining theory with practice, summarize the practical experience, the paper consists of four parts, the first part is the theoretical basis of forestry system talent team construction analysis, defined the various forestry system talents.The second part explains present situation of the region forestry system talent team, from three aspects, the talents gross, team structure, and comparing the number of talent inter-industry.
