Sport consumption is the very important part of sport industry. Zhangjiakou liesin the northwest of Hebei province. Although it has a unique geographical advantage, close toBeijing and Tianjin, yet it is still poor in economy. For example, the limitation of nature,history and economy has severely affected the sports expenses of all the peasants ofZhangjiakou thirteen counties, thus making the sports consumption fall behind to a degree.So researching the present situation of rural sports consumption and severe problems is ofgreat significance to develop the whole sports situation of this area. Meanwhile, it providesvaluable reference for the thirteen counties of Zhangjiakou to reform the rural sports in thefuture.This passage mainly involves the present sports consumption of all the peasants in thethirteen counties of Zhangjiakou by referring to a lot of materials, filling in a detailedquestionnaire, investigating on the spot, and applying mathematical statistics. We can knowthat most peasants understand so little about sports’ policy that the sports consumption appeara polarization; their sports consumption level takes on the polarization state; the attitude ofsports consumption is positive; the degree of sports consumption satisfaction is not high andthe aim of sports consumption is clear and farther guide with give aid to; type and structureon sports consumption are single; the main factors of influence on sports consumption ofZhangjiakou thirteen counties peasants are no useful guiding, no enough time, no play ground,hard working, and low earning. So I make suggestions: try to develop productivity; Improvethe income of the peasants and guide them to make full use of their spare time; Help themform reasonable value and positive attitude to sports; Make the public sports facilitiesuniversal and use them effectively; Develop fully compound sports expenses and push sports expenses forward; Set up different gyms to satisfy the needs of different people and make themost of the school sports; Strengthen the sports organization of the grass-roots and increasethe number of professionals in sports; Advocate physical exercise and sports expenses duringfestival and holidays and make sure all kinds of media are used efficiently.From what have discussed above, I can draw the conclusion that:1.
