In addition to the school sports exercise, youth sports club also become the most popular sports organizations gradually in counties.At present, sports academia in our country has much research on youthsports club, but has little on county youth sports clubs. By the methods ofdocumentary, investigation, observation and logic analysis and other researchmethods, making solving the problems existing in the development process ofjuvenile sports clubs in Hebei province counties as the guiding thought, thisarticle, from the perspective of youth sports clubs construction of hardware andsoftware environment in Hebei province, this article did detailed investigationand analysis on present situation of county youth sports club development inHebei, and found many problems: namely, single sources of club funding, themanagement is not standardized, the small proportion of supporting institutions,the weak innovation ability. To sum up experience, this article puts forwardseveral suggestions that are beneficial to youth sports club’s operation anddevelopment in Hebei counties, and provides certain theoretical basis on countyyouth sports clubs development in our country. The main suggestions are asfollows:First, set up special club website, hire part-time employees be in charge ofweb pages and update the website content in time. Showing web presence tomake it more convenient to know and supervise the clubs and easy tocommunicate with the members.Second,strengthen the professional management of county youth sportsclub in Hebei province,enhance managers’ personnel management knowledge,attract management professionals,establish county youth sports clubwith standardization, specialization, modernization.Third, In order to prevent the phenomenon of existing in name after youthsports clubs are be founded, and to reduce the national sports lottery welfarefund, youth sports club system of supervision and management should beimproved, especially the new clubs.Fourth, encourage college students to be volunteer to promote volunteerismand assist county youth sports club to the countryside, and avoid the club onhuman and financial problems, bringing the latest information on youth sportsclub and enriching club activities at the same time.
