The author from the beginning of2008, Hubei province to participate in the "three to help a" plan, become a mountain area teachers. The author in teaching practice for more than5years, thinks that the reform of physical teaching in mountainous areas is a very meaningful work, in this paper the author teaches at a middle school in mountainous area as the breakthrough point, concludes by demonstrating the efforts made to change the teachers’education, and elaborates the problems and difficulties of uniqueness in the mountain area of physics teaching and some aspects, deep understanding to the exam oriented education still exists in the mountainous area in the teaching, the school is more teachers to sing "one-man show", the students just to learn the knowledge of machine, schools rely mainly on test scores of students line up, to test the teacher educational outcomes. Through this research, thus from multiple aspects, increase investment, improve the government from management to support the mountain middle school education development; universities and schools from the rational use of resources to strengthen the development of mountain mountain high school education;, teachers and parents to improve themselves to promote the development of mountain area secondary education and students from learning to improve the ability to put forward the scientific and reasonable measures to promote the reform of physics teaching help mountain mountain, and constantly improve the level of physics teaching.
