Different individuals have different feelings in face of tests, due to their different ways ofcognition. Test anxiety is one of the negative feelings. Severe test anxiety do great harm toteenagers. It can reduce their learning efficiency and affect their test results. Worse still, it canalso harm them both physically and psychologically. Researches on test anxiety mainly focus onthe reasons for it and the approaches to it and it involves only one course. The researchintervenes senior3students’ comprehensive science test anxiety by designing group coachingcombined with individual coaching projects.This research begins with the summary of the present situation and trend of test anxiety athome and abroad, followed by the research on senior3students’ comprehensive science testanxiety intervention, measuring that of senior3science students of Liaocheng No.1MiddleSchool using Sarason TAS. The results show the students’ test anxiety is rather severe and it’stime to solve the problem. According to the test results, select two classes with higher levels ofanxiety as the object of study. Randomly selected one class as the experimental group, the otheras the control group. Intervention in the experimental group, while the control group withoutintervention. The author carried out intervention study equivalent-group before and after experimentmeasuring.According to local and foreign documents and experts’ suggestion combined with ourschool’s characteristics, our research designed the concrete intervention plans of senior3students’ comprehensive science test anxiety. The plan combines group psychological coachingwith individual one, uses reasonable emotion treatment, learning method and test strategycoaching, career plan coaching, relaxation treatment in the form of family and school. In theexperimental group were carried out a total of5Group coaching. The results show that,Intervention group science comprehensive test anxiety scores decreased, and the decrease wasgreater than that in the control group, the difference was significant. It shows our interventionplan does well in reducing senior3students′comprehensive science test anxiety.
