Objective: In8patients with test anxiety in high school students as the research object,Discussion on test anxiety of the formation of the primary (real) psychological factors areconditioned emotional response (factor), Causes of exam anxiety disorder of cognitivefactors in the vast majority of cases are conditioned emotional response interference under theone-way thinking reaction (intervention conditioned factors). Therefore, although the testanxiety is mainly composed of a conditioned emotional factors and cognitive factors, but,Conditioned emotional response factors in the lever position and key factors.Methods: By phobia factor of SCL-90and the Test Anxiety Inventory screened eight,Multiple Baseline Design.A group of emotional treatment of test anxiety through theintervention condition, Another group through the intervention of cognitive treatment of testanxiety; Selected two groups of visitors to the emotional experience of self-assessment whenthe treatment, the pro form a state the value of satisfaction and after the treatment ofemotional satisfaction and treatment as indicators, the index difference between the twogroups in the analysis of treatment by W test.Results: Conditioned emotional intervention group after the treatment of SCL scoreswere below the demarcation criteria, the Test Anxiety Scale reduced rate of markedlyeffective; can be seen through the Multiple Baseline experiments in Figure anxiety decreasedafter the intervention has been maintain a relatively stable return visit, no recurrence, in goodcondition. Emotional experience in the treatment of the W test, two groups of visitors, the proforma status after treatment of emotional satisfaction and treatment satisfaction degree termsof significant differences.Conclusion: The results support that the psychological mechanism of high schoolstudents’ test anxiety is the result of the infinite loop of the negative conditioned emotion,which is the key of curing high school students’ test anxiety.
