Reading occupies an important position in language learning and readingactivities also plays a vital role in the people’s life, study and work. Goodreading habits, reading methods and reading attitude can benefit the people forlife. Research on reading literacy assessment based on the lifelongdevelopment of junior middle school students, standing in the perspective of "lifelong development " for the first time and fixing the value of readingliteracy. Starting from the junior high school stage, research content andmethod of evaluation for junior high school students life-long development ofreading literacy, to the current middle school students reading assessment toprovide a more comprehensive and effective evaluation of the path, so thatevaluation of screening, selection of reading not only play a role, more tohighlight the reading assessment for students in all aspects of incentive,guidance and promotion, to the evaluation of students read better, in order toevaluate the teachers to promote better teaching purpose.This work is divided into five chapters to discuss the reading literacy of juniormiddle school students based on Evaluation of lifelong development, respectivelyfrom the evaluation of the background, the concept and principles of evaluation,evaluation content, evaluation method, evaluation of the practice of the five aspectsof junior middle school students based on the lifelong development of readingliteracy assessment in research. Absorbing domestic and foreign advanced theoriesand methods, from theory to practice, trying to make research on the right.
