There are three most important elements in education------the socialeducation, the school education and the family education. At present, strengthening thecooperation between family and school is the trend of educational development. As forchildren’s education, it is difficult to complete the education only by school. So it needscooperation and supports from all localities and departments, particularly thecoordination of the family.The author surveyed the teachers, the parents and the managers in Yinjiang CenterSchool. This school is the only rural school located in Pan Zhihua, but also on behalf ofthe regional characteristics of Pan Zhihua. By using questionnaire surveys andinterviews, the author analyzed the status quo of school and parents participated infamily-school cooperative and influencing factors. It put forward the improvementcountermeasures of family-school cooperation from two aspects. One is the schoolshould improve the understanding of teachers to the family-school cooperation, theother is strengthening the training of teachers and parents, establishing the long-termmechanism, innovating the forms of cooperation, enriching the content of cooperationand improving the cooperation effect. As for the family, they should clearly aware oftheir rights and obligations in the cooperation of home and school, try their best toimprove the level of family education and take the initiative to strengthen links withschools.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part:introduction. This article introduces the background,the definitionof basic concepts of rural schools,home school cooperation,describes the currentresearch situation at home and abroad school cooperation,and put forward the researchideas and research methods of this paper.The second part:the present situation of Panzhihua City Yinjiang Center Schoolhome-school cooperation. Basing on the questionnaire survey and the interview,parents’ participation in school education, teachers, managers of home-schoolcooperation awareness etc.The third part: the attribution analysis of Panzhihua Yinjiang Center Schoolhome-school cooperation. According to the survey, there are from the school, teachers,parents, analysts school cooperation problem.The fourth part:the countermeasure of Panzhihua Yinjiang Center SchoolImprovement of home-school cooperation. In view of the existing problems in theprocess of home-school cooperation, respectively, proposes the corresponding improvement countermeasures from two aspects of school,family.
