Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of quality oriented education and skills,Secondary vocational education put forward higher request for young teachers. Youngteachers’ professional identity in the process of teaching can promote individual workenthusiasm and initiative, so that the teaching level are improved significantly. To acertain extent, young teachers’ positivity and initiative in the teaching process of isfrom the identity of his career.This paper chooses Kunming secondary vocational school young teachers as theresearch object of professional identity. For young teachers have become the mainpart in the secondary vocational school teachers, young teachers at secondaryvocational school career identity can effectively reflect the current state of thesecondary vocational school teachers’ professional identity, influence factors.Through a systematic literature review, this paper collects the basic idea ofteachers’ professional identity at home and abroad, and combs the core ideas of maintheory angle of view. On this basis, this paper designs the questionnaire, through thedata collection by the analysis of Kunming secondary young teachers as a whole inKunming, and the various factors affecting the secondary vocational teachers’professional identity are analyzed and discussed respectively, and the intensitydetermined the main influencing factor of the secondary vocational teachers’professional identity, and explains the Kunming school young teachers’ professionalidentity level existed in the various factors and explains the reasons for the difference.Finally, this paper put forward the basic strategy to improve Kunming secondaryvocational school teachers’ professional identity the basic countermeasures, includingfrom the teachers’ personal level, school level and social level to effectively promotethe young teachers’ professional identity level.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction of the topics of theory, research content andresearch methods. The second part is the analysis of teachers’ professional identity theory andresearch.The third part is the survey of professional identity of young teachers ofsecondary vocational schools in Kunming.The fourth part is the countermeasures to improve professional identity of youngteachers in Kunming secondary vocational school.
