| Purposes:This study mainly provids the basis for Sichuan Province Taekwondocoaches scientific training and athletes selecting, while doing the specific combinationof core strength training between excellent athletes and normal athletes of SichuanProvince Taekwondo, learning about if there are obvious influences on the improvementof the core strength training.The study is to explore the training methods to ift bothoutstanding and ordinary athletes and their core strength abilities what the athletesshould all possess.Methods:Select sixteen members randomly rfom the team as the research objectsand divideing them into the elite group and ordinary group, each group has eightathletes. And then do the same expeirment about the core strength training interventionrespectively for twenty-four weeks. Which would reflect the dynamic and static ability,flexibility and so on. Process the statistical analysis data.Results:(1)Compared the elite athletes to participate in the core strength trainingbefore and atfer, there is a signiifcant differcence exhibited four indicators:the irghtbody anteflexion in sitting position, irght leg with eyes closed, trunk flexion, irght sideof trunk flexion.(2)Compared the ordinary athletes to participate in the core strengthtraining before and after, in the birdge index eight abdomen showed the signiifcantdifference.(3)Compared excellent athletes and normal athletes with the the experimentatfer the experimental intervention, differences in the letf single leg standing with eyesclosed, muscle strength of trunk flexion, muscle strength of trunk letf circumflex andunbalanced muscle strength of trunk are obviously seen.Conclusions:(l)The design of core strength training not only combines the uniquefeature with Taekondo, but also requires athletes’ability and sports leveL(2)Thisexpeirmental study more adapts to the outstanding Taekondo athletes in SichuanProvince than others atfer observing results.(3)On the basis of controlling core strengthtraining, ordinary Taekondo athletes in Sichuan should adopt to non-controlling corestrength training. But as the ability improves, they can apply to the controlling corestrength training.(4)As for the dynamic strength of each part of the trunk of Taekwondoathletes in Sichuan Province, it is not proved that the bigger, the better. |
