Core strength derives from some European and American countries rehabilitation therapy,also known as functional training core strength training,studies show,core strength training not only as a means of rehabilitation,training and special strength training in competitive sports.Core is the essence of strength training to improve balance and stability and maximize the development of coordination between the muscles and achieve the effect of combining training and prevention.In recent years,core strength training has been used in more competitive sports training,and had a good training effect.Tae kwon do belong to a competitive fighting sport,taekwondo athlete transition state of the body to keep tension to adjust to the pace of the game,in the fierce competitions in Tae kwon do athletes need not only strong lower limb strength to attack,you also need to have higher flexibility and stability.This research using literature information method,and experts interview method,and mathematical statistics method,and experiment method on core power training of theory based,and constitute core power regional of muscle group features and core power training produced of effect for further of research,and in Tae kwon do athletes of training in the introduced core power training method,through experiment to test core power training on Tae kwon do athletes of competitive capacity produced effect this a assumed.Experiment to Shandong province,athletic school of RiZhao,within Hainan 24 name woman Tae kwon do athletes for experiment object,put experiment object is divided into experiment group and control group the 12 people,and on group Hou athletes of age,and weight,and height,index for independent sample t test,guarantees two group athletes of initial index no significantly sex differences(p>0.05),experiment of time for 16 week,two group athletes of daily training plans not variable,only different of is in for power training of when experiment group athletes core power means for training,Traditional means of power control group was used for training.Experimental results and conclusions are as follows:1.The experimental group after 16 weeks of core strength training,8-point star-shaped offset balance test and standing on one foot with eyes closed testing compared with before the experiment had significantly improved.Traditional strength training of Taekwondo athletes in the control group,8-point star-shaped offset balance test and standing on one foot with eyes closed test scores before and after the experiment does not have significant differences.2.After core strength training of Taekwondo athletes in the experimental group,10 seconds double kicking feet away playing in a row and 10 seconds before and after the experimental data show a significant difference,while a control group of Taekwondo athletes of the two grades improve after the experiment is not obvious.3.Laboratory of Taekwondo athletes in the experimental group after a continuous swing with one leg kicks and high leg a minute both results showed significant differences,and improvement of Taekwondo athletes than the control group.4.Experimental control group after Taekwondo athlete's greatest strength has been greatly improved,and the maximum power of Taekwondo athletes in the experimental group did not improve significantly in the control group.Experimental results show that the Taekwondo athletes in the experimental group with core strength training on Taekwondo athletes core muscle stability,rapid strength and endurance has a positive effect;the control group Taekwondo traditional strength training methods on core muscle groups in taekwondo athletes has a positive impact for maximum strength.
