Research purpose:Through the experimental analysis,Shandong men’s cycling team core strength training and traditional special strength training effect,through the experimental results to recognize the application value of core strength training,so as to keep pace with the times,continue to innovate training methods,improve the level of athletes,and promote the long-term development of Shandong Province’s cycling team.Research methods:The research methods used in this study include questionnaire survey and experiment.The subjects are 14 athletes from Shandong men’s cycling team.They are randomly divided into group A(control group)and group B(experiment group).Each group has 7 people.Before the experiment,a set of core strength training program is developed.Under the cooperation and supervision of coaches,the corresponding strength of group A and group B is guaranteed according to the required training program The specific method is to carry out core strength training program for the athletes in the experimental group(see the annex for the specific method).The control group carries out the traditional special strength training program(mainly including four strength training contents of squatting barbell,straight leg lifting barbell,in-situ riding and leg resistance strength training).The experiment lasts for two months.Experimental results:(1)After the training of the two groups of athletes,the improvement effect of the core area fast strength ability index of group A(control group)is not obvious.Only15 s sit up and 15 s prone two head up ability index has obvious change(P.(2)Through the results of group coordination,it can be found that the above results show that after training,the improvement effect of strength and endurance index of group A(control group)athletes is not significant.Although the overall improvement compared with before training,but the improvement is very small,the difference is not significant.(3)After training,the fast strength improvement effect in the core area of group B(experimental group)was significant,especially in the three index test results of15 s supine,15 s sit up and 15 s rib tuck up and leg lift(0.012).But on the index of 15 s prone straight leg raising,P(0.063)> 0.05,the training effect is not obvious,but on the whole,the training effect of the new method of core strength training has been greatly improved.(4)After the training,the strength endurance of group B(experimental group)was significantly improved,1 minute of sit up and 1 minute of back up P(0.034,0.012)< 0.05.(5)After the training,both groups A and B got certain training effect in fast strength.However,it was found that the training effect of group B(experimental group)and group A(control group)was more significant than that of group B(experimental group),and the improvement of the three indexes of 15 s sit ups,15 s prone two heads up,15 s rib tucking and leg lifting was greater.(6)After the training,the strength and endurance indexes of core areas in group A and B were improved.Group B(experimental group)and group A(control group)can further improve the training effect.Through the above table,it can be found that after 8 weeks of strength training,the special indicators of groups A and B have improved significantly.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the changes of the relevant strength evaluation indexes before and after the different groups of experiments,in the process of bicycle strength training,the core strength training method and the traditional special strength training method have significantly improved the strength quality of the core area of athletes.In particular,the core strength training method has a good effect on improving the specific strength of male cyclists,and it has a good training effect on improving the muscle strength and strength endurance in the core area of the athletes.The experimental group is significantly better than the control group in improving the amplitude of fast strength and strength endurance in the core area.The data results show that the experimental group athletes who use the core strength training method have significant advantages over the control group athletes in the final strength training effect.From this point,we can see that in the special strength training in the core area of cyclists,the application effect of the core strength training method is more significant.But traditional strength training also has its advantages,which can promote the strength growth of lower limb muscles(such as the four muscles of the femoris).It is suggested that the strength training of the men’s cyclists in Shandong can be combined with traditional strength training and core strength training to improve the athletes’ special strength and enhance the athletes’ physical level.
