Satisfaction is a psychological research category,is a combination of consumers through its investment of time, money and personalexpectations, finally can reach own purpose.Badminton stadium is the materialfoundation of badminton activities to develop this sport, is the necessary hardwarefacilities, development of infrastructure and facilities in good quality service for thebadminton sport market, play a positive role in promoting. Badminton stadium is usedas carrier of consumer and business communication, the high-quality service to winthe consumers to participate in sports venues service recognition. In the study, accessto a large number of relevant services and facilities service literature, and service ofexisting research results, the research on the satisfaction of badminton stadium servicedemonstration deeply.Investigation on satisfaction of badminton stadium ChengduCity, is to exercise participation Chengdu City has a certain scale badminton venues inthe population as the main object of investigation, participate in the movement offor-profit badminton movement of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics and so on satisfaction conducted in-depth analysis,sets up a simple service satisfaction evaluation index system, at the same time on thecustomer satisfaction index of Chengdu City badminton venue were analyzed related.Hope through research, find out the existing in Chengdu City Badminton Stadium ofservice and customer satisfaction issues, provide corresponding solutions. To increasethe basis of badminton stadium consumer satisfaction, and create more profits andsocial benefits for the venue operator, to achieve a win-win result.Theoretical studyon the research references of domestic has related to satisfaction, through expertinterviews and open questionnaires, and evaluation coefficient Li Ke scale to buildevaluation coefficient related to Chengdu City badminton venue service satisfaction,and then use the self-weave questionnaire measured on the urban part of badmintonstadium to participate in badminton consumers, the operating factorsanalysis.According to research conclusion: higher overall satisfaction, Chengdu Citybadminton stadium, but parts of the infrastructure facilities should be improved;higher satisfaction ratings on venue infrastructure hardware; most badminton stadium in emergency condition is relatively weak, especially sports injury venue staff on thesudden presence of no relevant the emergency response capabilities; charges morereasonable evaluation of the venue, no Chengdu City badminton stadium is used incharge of period of time, the membership system, reduce the consumption cost ofparticipating in sports population; evaluation of service satisfaction is not satisfiedwith the badminton equipment.There are some suggestions for the badminton stadium: there’s a need toenhance emergency training to badminton staff; the badminton stadium should berationally utilized; the operator needs to put a high value on the services for ways ofleisure in the waiting area; the stadium should establish feedback and evaluationway on customer satisfaction and deal with the problems in time; the stadium needs toincrease the popularity and customer volume.
