With the improvement of people’s fitness awareness,participatory sports consumption has become an important part of modern consumption,and stadiums are an important carrier for organizing and carrying out national fitness activities and participatory sports consumption.Therefore,to investigate the influence of stadiums on participatory sports consumption from the aspect of service quality,and to propose corresponding strategies for the management,maintenance and opening of stadiums,is conducive to attracting more people to participate in sports,enhancing sports consumption and promoting the development of sports industry.The article mainly adopts the literature method and questionnaire method to collect the data,and uses SPSS software to analyze the data,and constructs the evaluation index of the service quality of stadiums from the perspective of mass satisfaction,and derives the factors that influence the masses to engage in participatory sports consumption in stadiums.The study mainly draws the following conclusions.(1)The evaluation indexes of stadium service quality satisfaction are divided into five dimensions,namely accessibility,facility quality,stadium atmosphere,staff quality and cost performance,which can make quantitative and scientific evaluation of the service quality of stadiums.(2)The average scores of accessibility,facility quality,venue atmosphere,staff quality and cost performance were 3.77,3.748,3.757,3.777 and 3.77,respectively,and stepwise regression analysis was used to calculate the overall evaluation score of stadium service quality of 3.765.In general,the quality of stadium sports services and each dimension of satisfaction needs to be further improved.(3)Stadium service quality will have a positive impact on sports consumption intention by promoting higher customer satisfaction.Stadium service quality has a positive effect on exerciser satisfaction;exerciser satisfaction has a positive effect on consumption recommendation behavior;exerciser satisfaction is a mediator of the effect of stadium service quality on consumption recommendation behavior.Based on the above findings,this thesis proposes constructive improvement strategies for the 17 priority improvement indicators and sub-priority improvement indicators to promote the overall improvement of the service quality level of the venues and promote the public to visit the sports venues for participatory sports consumption.
