College Sports Stadium Facilities Security Service Students Satisfaction Assessment Study

In order to have a better understanding of the Safety Service Level of stadium facilities in colleges and universities,to explore the quality of Stadium Facilities Safety Service in colleges and universities,to ensure the personal safety of college students participating in Sports,and to reduce the frequency of campus sports safety accidents,this paper uses the methods of literature,Brainstorming,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and so on,to understand and analyze the main factors causing sports injury and sports safety of college students in stadium,based on the five principles of scientific principle,typical principle and systematic principle,after screening the evaluation indexes of students;satisfaction with the stadium service,the evaluation scale of students;satisfaction with the stadium service is initially formulated,and the evaluation scale is improved by issuing expert questionnaires,and Randomly selected 8 colleges and universities in Hunan Province to carry out investigation and research,analyze the difference of different gender,different age,different educational level,different disciplines of college students on the Evaluation of Stadium Service,to summarize the overall level and characteristics of the satisfaction of university students with the Stadium Service in Hunan Province,according to the level of satisfaction of Stadium Safety Service,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the development of Safety Service level of university stadium facilities in Hunan Province,in order to provide the level of Safety Service of university campus sports.The conclusions are as follows:（1）Through the calculation of the index weight,on the whole,the ranking of the index weight values of the three secondary indicators of safe use management,safe use education and publicity,and equipment and facility safety is higher,among them,the order of weight value of use safety reminder is the first,the order of routine inspection of equipment and facilities;is the second,the order of equipment and Facilities Safety Placement;is the third,and the order of "popularization of teachers;safety knowledge;is the fourth.（2）the Student Satisfaction Index System of University Stadium Facilities Security Service mainly includes 2 first-class indexes,7 second-class indexes and 30 third-class indexes.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire can be used to evaluate the students;satisfaction with the Safety Service of college stadium facilities in a large area.（3）Through the empirical research,we can find that there are significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of college students of different educational levels with the Safety Service of stadium facilities,there was no significant difference in the satisfaction degree of college students of different gender,age and discipline to the stadium service.（4）the improvement of the security service level of stadium facilities in colleges and universities has some obstacles,such as limited investment funds,complicated and various security issues,lack of security education for students,and no formal management mechanism.School departments should work together to increase financial support for the stadium,strengthen the knowledge of safety culture among school teachers and students,and establish and improve relevant management systems.
