The Research On Current Situations And Countermeasure Of The Commere1a1 Badminton Stadium In Shiiazhuang

The operational badminton stadium in Shijiazhuang city has developed rapidly in recent years, but compared with other advanced or early developed provinces, there still exists enormous problems. Based on the research of Shijiazhuang operational badminton stadium, this thesis aims to explore the situation of its development and operation, to analyze relevant reasons, and to propose solutions to tackle these problems. Analyzing literature and conducting research being the main methods, this research designs three kinds of questionnaires which are respectively for operator, coaches, and consumers, and makes the survey from the following three perspectives, the construction and layout of stadium, basic situation of relevant staff, and the status of its operation.After conducting the research, the author has drawn the following conclusions: Shijiazhuang operational badminton stadium mainly takes the form of private ownership, and the number of it has surged a lot. And the operational situation is basically satisfactory, distribution being balanced, but infrastructure construction and criteria of competition are not the same, and auxiliary facilities are not perfect enough; The operators of these stadiums mainly graduate from technical colleges and universities, but they have comparatively little knowledge of relevant theories, and few of them have furthered their study of badminton; Man coaches are far more than woman coaches, thus resulting in the disproportion of gender ratio, their ages from 21 to 39, without receiving high education. Most of them hardly further their theoretical and practical knowledge about badminton, and most of them earn an average income of 4,000 to 5,000 per month; Most of the consumers earn a monthly income from 2,000 to 4,000, and usually spent 200 to 400 in badminton stadium per month. The factors of their choice of different stadiums include facilities and service; There are mainly two problems of current operational badminton stadium, one is in management, and the other is in operation. Firstly, management system of government and relevant departments are far from perfect; there is not overall and exhaustive management of members of stadium; stadium has not made enough propaganda; and the criteria of admitting coaches and relevant training are not enough. Secondly, badminton market has not developed to a mature stage; badminton association has not functioned actively; the demand of stadiums exceeds its supply; fundamental and auxiliary facilities are of different levels; sport types are not enough various.Based on the previously mentioned problems, the following suggestions are given: To enlarge their scale, to improve their service, and to perfect facilities to make them qualified for matches; to increase the number of sports types to make one of them facilitate the development of another; To further the studies of operators or employ those managers with high professional abilities; To build an excellent team of coaches to achieve the mutual facilitation of coaches and stadiums; To make an exhaustive survey of consumers to have a better understanding of their consuming motivation to attract more of them; To enhance the management of government and PE departments to set up a more wholesome system; to give sufficient training to coaches and ample macro-control of this whole area, to lead and facilitate badminton development, in a rapid and sound way.
