The art of the class management which in accordance with the humanistic education in the new period has been updating and improving constantly, mean while, as a prerequisite for the realization of the class education and a effective way of the implementation of the goal of the class management, it claims more than the flexible class management of the class adviser. The concept of the student-centred and life-long education management places emphasis on the subjectivity of the students themselves, the students’ all-round development, the sustainable development of the class management and the harmony of school management.The character and the basic task of the class management of the class adviser needs not only the construction of a favorable environment which is beneficial for the development of the students but also the assurance of mutual influence of the subject and object in the process of educational two-way circulation. The limitations of the exam-oriented education in the optimization coarse of the class management in our country is still bounding the popularization of the Quality Education, which accounts for the excursion of the aim of class management and the overemphasis of score rather than what the students had actually learnt, further more, the way of management which is dominated by the aim of management will give rise to the Psychological problems and negative emotions of the students, as a result, will go against the students’ Personality development. This study, made use7senior middle school in Dongguan, Guangdong province, of their advanced management concept, outstanding class culture construction and the attitude and approach the class advisers showed in dealing with the emergency in class management, puts foreword some effective strategy to better the class management of class adviser.The first part is the rise of the problem, it mainly about the origin of the chosen topic, the meaning of the research, research status, content, research methods and innovation.The second part expounds the related theories,and conceptions, which not only lays a foundation for modern class management but also well prepared for the familiarization of young class adviser, further, it also foreshows the rest of the paper. The third part is an analysis of the problems that exist in the current class management and re-examination and reposition of the class adviser accordingly.The fourth part provides some effective ways in improving the quality of class management according to the former three parts. For the purpose of advance mutual development of teacher and student, and the self-education of the student we should improve the ways of class management via the thought, language, action of the class adviser.The author believes that the study of the class management will make the class management more effective and will speed up the specialization development of the class adviser through high emphasis on the general problems of the class management in the background of curriculum reform. The auxiliary guiding position of class adviser has becoming more and more important in the Secondary Education Management in our country, humanistic care and the role of personal charm will be more widely applied in the class management, which will realize the borderless management and will promote the teachers and students of mutual learning and progress.
