With the National Curriculum Reform of elementary education carried out, active exploitation and rational utilization of Chinese curriculum resources has become an important part in Chinese curriculum implementation. It is saturated with the concept of curriculum reform, meanwhile, it is an important way to deepen the reform of the curriculum and improve the effectiveness of teaching. The development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources has important significance to enrich teaching contents, meet the needs of the Chinese language teaching, change the way of student’s study, solve the lack and the improper utilization that.existed in school teaching.The paper has discussed the development and utilization resources of Chinese curriculum in the minority primary school, it has made a deep analysis of some problems in the exploitation and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources and attempted to put forward countermeasures.The paper is divided into four parts, part I puts forward the background and the meaning of the study on curriculum resources, summarizes the related research results of Chinese curriculum resources.Part II, first, the paper is based on the theory study of curriculum resources, defines the concept and classification of primary school Chinese curriculum resources, clears the contents of Chinese curriculum resources; Second, it expatiates the theoretical base of the study:Krashen’s second language acquisition theory, the theory of language sense, primary school student’s cognitive characteristics, to provide theoretical guidance for exploitation and utilization of minority primary school Chinese curriculum resources; And then overview the current problems existing in the Chinese teaching and the relationship with the Chinese curriculum resources.Part III, through questionnaire surveys, interviews, observation and other methods, the paper analyzes present situation and the actual problems of primary school Chinese curriculum resources in Nanjiang. At present, the status are usually as follows:(1) teachers’ curriculum resources consciousness is lack;(2) structure of curriculum resources is single;(3) the existing curriculum resources are idle, the phenomenon of improper utilization is serious;(4) The management of resources is not scientific.Part IV, in view of the present situation and the existing problems, the study puts forward the following strategies:(1) teachers should enhance their awareness of curriculum resources, and establish the right outlook of curriculum resources;(2)the existing Chinese curriculum resources of minority primary school should be used effectively;(3)the construction and management of Chinese curriculum resources should be strengthened.
