With the advancement of preschool education reformation in China, the tendency of "kindergarten-based curriculum" (KBC) becomes increasingly evident, more and more kindergartens begin to throw themselves into the practice of KBC development consciously. Hence, the exploitation and utilization of KBC resources become more and more important. So the project to explore and utilize curriculum resources is received more attention increasingly in country kindergartens. For the short of the educational resources in country, how to explore and utilize KBC resources and improve the children's educational science developing in normal way in country.The research methods of this thesis are on-site inspection, document-analyze, observation, questionnaire and interview, the research object is country kindergartens in Macun, Gaoping, Shanxi province. The thesis analyzes the kindergartens' conditions, questions and reasons, and explains to explore and utilize KBC resources.The thesis mainly includes three parts:The first part: The author clarifies the necessity, value and significances of this research, and supplies the basic thoughts and methods of this subject, and then analyzes the concept, the character, the backgrounds and conditions of KBC and curriculum resources.The second part: The author describes Macun's kindergartens. Since the teachers have a mistake to curriculum recourses, Macun's current exploitation and utilization of KBC resources faces some problems, such as without clear objectives, low level, narrow contents and single structure. The author thinks the reasons of these problems are: the grass-roots government management doesn't well, the funds to preschool education is little; the kid's teachers lack of ability training, and have not explore ability of curriculum recourses; the parents' education ideas are obsolete.The third part: Aim to the problems, the author tries to on the theoretical basis of TAO Xingzhi's country education thought, CHEN Heqin's curriculum thought, Gardner's multiple intelligence theory and Reggio education thought, judges by localization, economy, integrity and the life principles, puts forward some targets of the exploitation and utilization KBC resources. In order to carry out these targets, this research classifies KBC resources, adopts the form of theme activity, and then puts forward some strategies, from wide education resources in country, from natural geography, humanity history and folk culture.
