In recent years, the reform of a new-round fundamental educational course is spread out in our country. In the reform of the fundamental educational course, we expound the concept of the course resource incontestably. The course theory filed has given rise to the exploitation and utilization of local resources gradually. The article is trying to recognize unique value of the course resources of Ganzhou local culture from the angle of the course resource and explore hard the methods and ways of how to develop and make use of the local Chinese resources in order to make people pay attention to the exploitation and utilization of local Chinese resources.The article expounds the concept characteristic and division of course resources and assays the history and reality of the exploitation and utilization of local Chinese resources. Upon these, the article expounds the tactics of the exploitation and utilization of local Chinese resource. The treatise, taking example of HaKKa culture which is very unique and colorful, assumes briefly the visage and value of resources of Ganzhou local Chinese, and then makes use of optional synthetic lessons, optional reading lessons and optional activity lessons which are useful to the course resources. The treatise expounds a few ideas of how to exploit and utilize the resource of Ganzhou local Chinese.Conclusion: There are rich course resources in different local cultures. We must strengthen the theory research and consciousness of course resources and exploit and utilize the resource according to their own conditions in order to combine the local culture with students' studies, make local culture and national culture from generation to generation, strengthen students' social responsibility, and improve students' social practical abilities.
