| The image of teachers is the impression and evaluation of stable external manifestations of the teachers’ comprehensive quality which forms in the people brains, it is teachers window for the society. Overview of academic research, the image of teachers has been fruitful, most of the studies were focused on the elementary and middle school, university teachers. With the development of the preschool education in recent years, people pay more attention to preschool teachers is also increasing, so the image of kindergarten teacher becomes more and more hot. Based on the interpretation of the basic connotation of teachers’ image, choice of parents, teachers and children were investigated on what to expect in their mind the preschool teachers image. According to the study results and combining the current situation of the social development of preschool education and summarizes the basic characteristics of ideal images of teachers:good occupation morality, perfect personality characteristic, decent appearance, rich professional knowledge and healthy psychological quality, and to put forward a few teachers image construction strategy, in order to provide basis for to improve the development of the current education reform, teacher education theory and practice and the quality of teachers. |
