With the development of society and improving of people'srealize, education is defined as an important field of thenation' s development, which has brought new opportunity andchallenge to the development of educational science research. Asan important part of education scientific research system on,scientific research of preschool education will inevitable facea series of new challenges. The focus to the improvement of thescientific research level of preschool education is theimprovement of scientific researchers' qualities.This research bases on practice of preschool education, usingresearch approaches, such as the document law, investigationmethod, statistic and analytic approach, etc. The theory andpractice is based on "teacher as researcher", it explains thenecessity and the important significance of scientific researchstate of preschool teachers to the reform and development ofpreschool education, to improve quality of preschool education andsurviving and current situation of preschool teachers in anall-round way, It mainly talks about concrete content of the keyelement on the scientific research state of preschool teachers withfour aspects: consciousness of education and scientific research,knowledge of education and scientific research, ability ofeducation and scientific research, morals of education and scientific research. It also points out the main problem ofscientific research state of preschool teachers at present: toimprove further the education and scientific researchconsciousness, lack of education and scientific research knowledge,ability of educational scientific research is generally weaker,morals of the educational scientific research present somealienation phenomena, etc. It analyses further the factors oninfluences of the development of the scientific research state ofpreschool teachers. Finally it also analyses the developmentcountermeasure by ways and mechanisms about improving ofscientific research state of preschool teachers, such as realizingeducate integrating before the duty, after the duty, furtherperfect mechanism of management of educational scientific research,operating mechanism, funds mechanism and incentive mechanism, etc.
