Social development and kindergarten curriculum reform continues to advance, let the highly educated, high-quality early childhood teachers gradually increasing demand. Physical education quality is an important part of the professional quality of preschool teachers, and it is the basic requirement of the professional standard of preschool teachers. This study through the analysis of the status of preschool teachers' Sports literacy in Shanxi Province, in order to improve the basic structural theory of kindergarten teachers' physical literacy and enhance the physical education literacy of kindergarten teachers in Shanxi province to provide reference opinions.According to the purpose of the study,this paper to Shanxi Province kindergarten preschool teachers as the research object, in 11 cities in Shanxi Province selected the five cities of Datong, Shanxi, Taiyuan, Linfen, Yuncheng were investigated, effective samples totaling 399. The research methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statisticswere used to study the situation of preschool teachers' Physical Education in Shanxi province.Research results show:(1) the basic structure of children in Shanxi Province sports teachers literacy mainly includes three dimensions of children knowledge of physical education teachers,children physical education teachers in basic teaching ability, early childhood teacher sports emotion. The sports knowledge of preschool teachers include two aspects of the basic knowledge of physical terms and physical; preschool PE Teachers' basic teaching skills including language expression ability, action demonstration ability, venues and equipment and application ability, protect and help ability, classroom organization ability five aspects; preschool teacher sports emotion includes two aspects of emotional experience and emotional behavior.(2) of child care teachers in Shanxi Province, the level of understanding of sports terms is not high, the basic sports knowledge to grasp the situation of poor;Shanxi Provincepreschool teachers of sports basic teaching ability and sports emotion in middle level remains to be strengthen and improve.(3) the study assessed the sports accomplishment of different backgrounds of preschool teachers are analyzed, the results of the study show that, in education, there are significant differences in Shanxi province preschool teachers' sports basicsports knowledge, basic teaching ability, physical emotion,kindergarten teachers of preschool teachers with bachelor degree higher than other qualifications in teaching; and there was a significant difference in Shanxi province preschool teachers' sports basic knowledge, language skills, equipment ability, preschool teachers, preschool teachers more than 11 years of seniority is higher than other age, but teachers demonstrating ability, help protect ability, classroom organization ability, physical emotion has no significant difference. In the title of a technical post, Shanxi Province preschool teachers of language expression ability, help protect ability, sports emotion exist significant differences using the capacity, facilities, while the children physical education teachers basic knowledge, action demonstration ability,organization ability in the classroom no significant difference.(4)This study from the preschool teachers' basic knowledge, basic teaching ability, sports emotion and garden this research activity four aspects proposed training of preschool teachers' sports literacy strategy.
