Research On Kazakh Traditional Sports Resources In Xinjiang

Kazak in Xinjiang traditional sports resources research’s sole purpose is to realize theeffective management of traditional ethnic sports resources, this paper puts forward thenational tradition sports theory is based on the concept of system of national traditionalsports resources in the region as a whole to conduct a comprehensive understanding and themanagement, in order to realize the overall comprehensive strength for regional ethnictraditional sports resources and benefit the effective management.Through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method,mathematical statistics, the Kazak in Xinjiang traditional sports resources has carried on theon-the-spot investigation, and the Kazakh traditional sports resources for research andanalysis, the results showed:(1) in terms of physical natural environment and resources, IliKazak autonomous prefecture environment air quality is good, the less negative impact onthe athletes to participate in sports; Temperature has a characteristic of the atmosphericenvironment factors such as heat and cold to play a nots allow to ignore effect;(2) venuesresources get reasonable use, to the competition;(3) in the sports human resources,respectively, to the age of the athletes, coaches, and managers are researched mostly foundat26-35years old age group;(4) in the information resources, the regional character ofscience and technology media market research found that less Kazak traditional sportsinformation resources;(5) in the sports funding resources, mainly exist due to Xinjiang IliKazak autonomous prefecture is located in the northwest China, the economy is relativelybackward, less spending on traditional sports events and cause serious insufficient sportsground equipment, and some problems such as lack of professional coaches and teachers;(6) in the sports resources of Kazakh traditional sports project has carried on the summaryanalysis, from the aspects of classification, and social impact, found that the traditionalsports of Kazak is of great research value.This research conclusion:(1) the Ili Kazak autonomous prefecture environment airquality is good, the less negative impact on the athletes to participate in sports; Usingadministrative measures to protect Ili Kazak autonomous prefecture sports naturalenvironmental resources; Have hot and cold temperature, the game of nots allow to ignoreeffect;(2) venues resources get reasonable use, to the competition; Places, increasegovernment investment, the expansion of the rational use of hardware resources;(3) humanresources of Xinjiang Kazak traditional sports is weak, men and women the gap ratio islarger, the education level is not high, increase cultural awareness and learning, improvethe cultural level of the whole system.(4) create national culture brand, to promote Xinjiang Kazak traditional sports resources of information resources development,strengthen the management of information resources and research and development, thecollection of all cultural traces of records; In (5) the government and related departments toprovide funding, to improve the quality of Kazakh traditional minority national sportsactivities held, and at times, and limit the number of people to each event to attend;(6)Kazak traditional project resource is limited, can be classified according to differentdivided in different forms, we should vigorously limited protection and inheritance oftraditional project, allowing Kazak traditional sports project to good continuation anddevelopment.
