Research On The Construction Of Thenew Village Sport Culture By Developping The Kazak Traditional Sport Items In Xinjiang

《Some opinions of the central State Department on developping the social new village construction》emphasized that our country will carrie out the sport engineering on the farmer `health.The General Administration of Sport of China emphasized that would develop the village sport culture strongly, and contributed for the social new village."At present,the sport engineering on the farmer `health in Xinjiang had been built currently and was gradually perfect .It is gradually covered all the villages.Because of the season between spring and autumn of the area which the Kazak are living is not obvious and winter and summer are so long, which can exist nearly six months. The basketball and tabletenis playgrounds are used unefficiently, even in the cold winter. So developping traditional sport items of Kazak is an efficient way to enhence construction of the new villiage sport culture. Useing the form of "holding a traditional sport activity, ten less gambles"and capturing the village battlefield with advanced culture.Using the harmonious and healthy sport cultural activities holds the heart of the villiagers firmly and makes it becoming stonger power in the construction of the social new village in Kazak.Using the cultural heritage data method, questionnaire survey and typical model individual case method, more analytical method, interview method and Mathematical Statistics etc, this thesis analyzied the traditional sport participation of the Kazak, the construction ,the utilization and the maintenance of traditional sport area, the traditional sport instructed person of each country(town), the sport association ,the traditional sport games and the value of the new villiage sport culture etc from material and system and action and coneiousness of the new villiage sport culture.It is supposed that the development of the traditional sport items would have an important meaning for pushing the new village sport cultural construction of Kazak, and supervise development of factors and its developing path.The research revealed that the Kazak people mainly took part in Diao sheep, horse-racing, the track between men and women on horses.They always played these traditional sport items on vulgar day of stanza or on a celebrating day of kin friends.The purpose which the Kazak people took part in these traditional sport items is for good health. The deficiency of time and money is the main reason that they couldn `t took part in these traditional sport items. The economical resourse of these traditional sport activities is mainly from the country(town) government.The sport staff of the country(town) government acted as the instructor of sport activity for the villiager.A great many of the villiager diden`t understand the related policy documents of the new village sport cultural constuction.Finally, this thesis put forward some advices for the development of the traditional sport items and the constuction the new village sport culture according to the realistic diffculties faced by the Kazak in the new village sport cultural construction process .
