However, the frequent movement of teachers in private colleges,out of the seriousness of the problem, this is a problem can not be avoided inthe development of private higher education in China at present stage. Thisquestion also similarly restricts private colleges and universities in Fujianprovince the sustained and healthy development. From the present situation offlow as teachers in private colleges and universities in Fujian Provincestarting point, analyses the main problems, put forward some existingproblems about avoiding flow management of teachers in private colleges anduniversities in Fujian province strategy.A more comprehensive literature review this article first to domestic andforeign private college teacher flow management, based on the previousresearch, design of teachers in private colleges and universities in Fujianprovince flow research questionnaire. A total of9samples were selected bythe full-time teachers in private universities in Quanzhou, Xiamen and Fuzhouand other places, a total of200questionnaires,192valid questionnaires.According to the characteristics of the flow of teachers in private colleges anduniversities in Fujian province are analyzed from the flow of teachersstructure, loss and loss way three aspects, and points out the necessity ofstrengthening the management of the flow of teachers in private universitiesin Fujian province.Through the analysis of data flow state of private colleges and universitiesin Fujian province teacher interviews, questionnaire survey, will affect theprimary cause flow of private college teachers into three aspects:organizational management factors, factors of macro environment, andpersonal factors. And the construction of the factors affecting the flow ofprivate college teachers analysis model. Finally, combined with the factors affecting the flow of teachers in private colleges analysis model, to improvethe flow management of teachers in private colleges and universities in Fujianprovince put forward following suggestions: improve teachers’ salary andwelfare; improve the social identity of private college teachers; improve theprivate college teachers management system; to create a scientific talentdevelopment concept; strengthen the cause of the sense ofteachers belongingto education. |
