Teacher’s professional is the sum of what are teachers engaged in education and teaching work that should follow the moral standards.Primary and secondary school’teachers as a part of construction progress of quality education and also leading of primary and secondary school students ideological, the effect that of young students and society cannot be ignored. It is particularly important that strengthen the construction of teachers’ occupation moral construction in primary and secondary schools, a dedication, the moral quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools.In the new situation of building a well-off society, the vast majority of our country Primary and secondary teachers’overall situation is good and healthy whatever in teaching, and devotion to duty, education or occupation morals. However, in the effect of market economy, some different bad ideas of society have eroded teachers body; a few teachers appeared in ethics phenomenon of value orientation deviation, treat the students lack of cooperation consciousness, some undesirable tendencies. Although these are not the mainstream of teachers, a serious impact on the development of education and ideological and moral construction of teenagers are being affected. There are mainly three aspects are caused of primary and secondary school teachers occupation ethics:one is the social causes, including the negative influence of market economy, unfair distribution of social income, the influence of public opinion and network environment; the second reason is the schools and education authorities, it is including that if the appointment system of teachers in primary and secondary schools exist defects, management complexity and regularity of teacher morality construction lack enough understanding, school teacher management defects; the third is the teacher’s reason, it is including of occupation stress and pressure of life teacher, teacher education and teaching idea obsolete, the weak of teacher’s occupation morals consciousness.Under the new situation, strengthening the construction of teachers’ occupation school moral should follow three ways of social, school, and teachers. The one is to construct and strengthen social mechanism of teacher occupation morality in primary and secondary schools, including training mechanism, evaluation and incentive mechanism, supervision mechanism; the second is to strengthen the training and management of teachers’ occupation morality in primary and secondary schools, including strengthening the training of teacher occupation correct attitude, strengthen management, good occupation ethics, teachers and create a harmonious campus environment; the third is to strengthen the primary and secondary school teacher’s own occupation morality, strengthen the primary and secondary school teachers teaching concept, strengthen their own moral self-cultivation, strengthen self-discipline ability.
