Education,the basic of west developing,carrying the important mission of westdeveloping,gain the priority in the significant plan of a century,among which professionaleduction has the closet relationship with economic and employment,as well as people’sproducing and living conditions.It is necessary to improve the knowledge and working leveluniversally among the west people and to develop specific professional education of west areaaccording to west condition.This essay take the policy of west professional education as mainresearching target.The essay,on the basis of analyzing experience of professional educationpolicy of under developed area in foreign countries,analyzes the existed realistic problemsrelated to professional policy and finally come up to some policy suggestions agree to the westof China’s professional education,as well as realize the west sustained developing aim thatpromoted by professional eduction,as well as realize the west sustained developing promotedby professional education at the mean time of improving the policy.The essay contains three parts:firstly,it describe and comment the difference between theeast and the west professional education in detail by means of comparing and analyzingthrough citing the data from<<Chinese Education statistics Yearly2010>> and <<ChineseStatistics Yearly2010>>,etc.Then through analyzing a representative policy of America’swest and Italy’s South areas professional education and training when we make westprofessional education policy;develop west specific professional education;increase theparticipants in society;apply the notion of full life education in professional education.Atlast,we raise four suggestions from two respects in interior policy making and exterior policyexecuting to promote the west professional education’s development.The four suggestions usfollows: raise two suits systems to solve the problem of policy executing;Promote thedevelopment of free of charge professional education policy. Strengthen the teachers cultivation and training.Improve advanced professional education policy.
