The high school students are the future of the nation, socialist builders and successors. Therefore, to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of high school students, continuously improve the ideological and moral qualities of high school students, and promote their healthy growth and progress, is the cause of socialist construction of foundation engineering. Grown up now and in the future, young people, their ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural qualities, is directly related to the face of the21st century, China’s socialist modernization related to the strategic objectives can be achieved, in relation to the long-term stability of the party and the state. Along with social progress and development, however, the ideological and moral qualities of the current high school students, there has been some decline phenomenon, such as the sense of responsibility, integrity and lack of awareness of moral cognition and moral behavior is out of line, and so on. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve ideological and moral construction of the high school students becomes the major issue of social development and contemporary education.The topic of this paper, is the high school student’s ideological and moral aspects of the existing problems and countermeasures. It is divided into the following three parts:The first part is related to the definition. From the moral connotation start, clear ideological and moral connotation and its main content. In short ideological and moral means according to certain social ethics and principles epitomizes the thinking and behavior of the individual body; the main content of the ideological and moral awareness, moral emotion, moral will and moral behavior is composed of four parts. Finally, on the base of the ideological and moral connotation, to sum up the high school student’s ideological and moral connotation and its main content.The second part of the current high school student’s ideological and moral aspects of the main problems and genetic analysis. The main problem on four aspects of moral awareness, moral emotion, moral will, moral behavior analysis; causes from the students themselves, family education, school education, social and environmental impacts four angles were elaborated.The third part is the countermeasures to address high school student’s ideological and moral aspects. This section is the second part of the issues set out based on the points raised by improvements. First of all, the students have to learn to self-education; Second, the family should pay attention to the cultivation of moral education, parents should update education concepts and methods in a timely manner according to the requirements of the development of the times; again, the school should strengthen ideological and political teachers training, to create a good campus cultural environment occasional optimization moral education courses; finally, to improve the social environment, especially around the campus environment. The socially relevant departments should strengthen supervision and control of the media, to enhance their sense of social responsibility.
