With the popularization of international mathematical assessment projects,more and more research focuses on Educational Measurement and evaluation,especially on the internationalization of educational measurement.From an international perspective,this paper takes the Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 edition)as the evaluation framework,uses modern information technology means to design the evaluation scheme,develops online evaluation tools to implement the test project,and compares the mathematics academic level of middle schools of different nationalities and Chinese students,so as to provide consultation and reference for the teaching of basic mathematics education for foreign students in China.In this paper,reliability,validity,difficulty and discrimination are used to analyze the test papers,screen and revise the test papers which can effectively test students’ mathematics academic level in middle schools.The results of internal consistency reliability coefficient analysis show that the reliability is good,which shows that the test results of the designed middle school mathematics academic level test paper are stable and reliable.The results of structural validity analysis show that the test is effective,which shows that the test can effectively test the students’ mathematics academic level in middle schools.In this paper,based on the analysis of the difficulty and discrimination of the item quality,the unqualified questions are improved.Based on the use of Moodle platform in the process of evaluating middle school mathematics academic level,this paper suggests that Moodle platform should be popularized in all schools,especially in primary and secondary schools.At the same time,relevant training should be carried out to ensure the sustainable use of Moodle platform,so as to help schools and teachers to realize simple and convenient teaching evaluation and realize interactive online education between teachers and students.The results show that the level of middle school mathematics learning of male students is significantly higher than that of female students;that of European students is significantly higher than that of Oceania and Africa;and that of Asian students is significantly higher than that of North America,Oceania,Africa and South America.Zhou students,Chinese students’ middle school mathematics academic level is higher than that of the countries of origin of overseas students in China;generally speaking,Chinese students’ middle school mathematics academic level is relatively high,while the overall middle school mathematics academic level of international students studying in China is still low.This shows that under the international perspective,our country’s mathematics basic education has achieved good results.The implementation of Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 edition)is effective,and it can be popularized and used in the mathematics basic education of international middle school students studying in China.
