Education curriculum reform is still going on intensively, such as might begin with, the sports newcurriculum reform is also in progress orderly. However because of the shortcomings of the old course,physical education teachers, in which female physical education teachers take a small part, play an veryimportant role in the new curriculum reform. From the curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculumresource development to learning and evaluation method, etc. These teaching methods and evaluationmethods have a big difference with the old ones which makes occupational stress of female physicaleducation teachers more severely.This article is under the background of new curriculum reform, occupational stress of female physicaleducation teachers in high school Anyang city was studied. I use self-made questionnaire investigationmethod in My research, female physical education teachers in Anyang city high school as the researchobject, from which a random sample of28high school was selected,84on-the-job female physicaleducation teachers was selected in the survey research and mathematical analysis. After an analysis ofthe results of the survey, the conclusion is as follows:1,Since implementation of the new sports curriculum in Anyang city high school these years,32%offemale physical education teachers have better understanding of sports new curriculum, and nearly27%ofthe surveyed women PE teachers have little understanding of sports new curriculum, which reflects sportsteaching has a certain blindness.2,In terms of age, occupational stress of Female high-school sports teachers in Anyang city of Henanprovince very obvious problems. Among30years old and younger female young teachers, the number ofteachers in pressure has accounted for41%of the total. They have pressure in the teaching, interpersonaland a various aspects, worry about whether the stem of good, whether they are welcomed or not amongtheir students.3,Junior teacher occupational stress is the highest among high school female physical educationteachers professional pressure in Anyang city, accounting for61%of the number, the pressure mainlycomes from the interests and interpersonal relationship work.4,Under the new curriculum reform Anyang city high school female physical education teachersoccupational stress with the load grade is concluded, the number of classes and students of the universityentrance exam to Anyang city of female physical education teachers to bring a lot of pressure, especiallyfacing huge entrance pressure, to high quality, high standard of female physical education teachers teachingdepends on many factors, this part of the female teachers accounted for50%. 5,Female physical education teachers with bachelor degree in Anyang city high school have lagerpressure, accounting for as much as60%, and degree of college high school are older, female physicaleducation teachers in the face of talent demand unceasingly, the school also need fresh blood, femaleteachers to work in their spare time to study.6,Under five years of work, female physical education teachers with occupational stress account for73%, the main reason is the school system, class and family just had a job is not stable, the enterprise alsoneeds to improve, leading to stress.According to current situation of professional pressure of high school female physical educationteachers in Anyang city, this study proposed the following recommendations:High school female physical education teachers in Anyang city should strengthen the learning ofsports new curriculum reform. Schools should strengthen sports teachers team construction further,improve the female physical education teachers of literacy, ensuring every female physical educationteachers can master the very essence of new curriculum reform. Schools should not neglect the work offemale PE teachers, in stead, they should appreciate the importance of their work, and appreciate theirperformance, create more suitable classroom environment for female physical education teachers.Highschool in Anyang city unified construction of full-time and part-time personnel to cooperate with eachother, strengthen the health the psychological health of female physical education teachers. To build ancrisis integration system among family, school and teachers can discovery problems and solve problemstimely. At the same time, open a direct channel between the teachers and schools can provide face-to-facecounseling.
