Essential characteristic of higher vocational education is the education of " occupation ", this is the university education and the " humanity" is the fundamental difference between higher vocational education, the purpose is to train specialized personnel needs of social and economic development, higher vocational education for the personnel training high-quality personnel occupation type, technology type and specialty type, frankly, talent training in higher vocational colleges is the most intuitive results should be graduates out of school, they can do their jobs, professional and technical skills to apply in their school have learned to solve work problems, and can bring the spirit of innovation and school to these rigorous. Compared to Germany, Japan, the United States occupation education in these developed countries, occupation education model in China is not successful, mainly in the low quality of occupation education, occupation education graduates employment rate is not guaranteed, the quality of employment worrying problem. Our country occupation education is facing a dilemma, lack of humanism education and occupation, the tool is unlimited but can not meet the actual needs of the community.The State Council pointed out that in the " on the development of occupation education", to " to serve the socialist modernization construction for the purpose, to cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and tens of millions of specialized talents with high skill ". Sure enough, in our country at present in low production line workers and skilled talents shortage problem is very prominent. In the final analysis, the fundamental reason of our occupation education in such an awkward position is the occupation education quality is low, the teaching mode of occupation is the failure of education. Don’t hesitate to say, China’s current higher vocational education teaching mode in general a neither fish nor fowl embarrassment, applied talents is not able to cultivate high-quality, professional skills, can not meet the needs of society.In this paper, taking Baotou Vocational&Technical College as the research object, explores the application of Higher Vocational Colleges three integrated teaching mode in the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, in order to change China’s current occupation education teaching quality is low, the gap between theory and practice of the status quo. This paper is divided into four main parts, the first chapter is the necessity of the reform of teaching management model of higher occupation colleges, introduces the problem of teaching management mode of the traditional higher occupation colleges, the current enterprise talent demand, necessity and reform. The second chapter is the analysis of Baotou Vocational&Technical College teaching management mode, mainly describes the application of integrated teaching management mode of teaching in Baotou Vocational&Technical College. The third chapter is the experience and problems of three integrated teaching mode reform, summarizes the existing problems in the education system, drawing lessons from the advanced experience. The fourth chapter is to improve the teaching reform of the idea of integration, put forward professional advice to establish integration mode of occupation education in china.
