| As society has been developing, people needs higher education, and have strong desire to receive a fair and good qualitative education. To achieve everyone to accept a good education, optimizing layout of the school is essential. Optimized layout of the school is an important measure that our country promotes the rational allocation of educational resources in recent years.Ethnic school in minority areas is a special mode of education, it is an important platform to cultivate ethnic talents. In recent years, schools’layout adjustment that our country promotes also includes ethnic minority areas. This adjustment achieves a lot success, but also reveals some practical problems. This study seeks to combine the actual ethnic areas of reform, through implementation of the school layout adjustment in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, and then from its backgrounds, causes, processes, and education after adjusting, analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of national schools’layout adjustments, also propose in order to achieve balanced development of education in ethnic areas and promote educational equity. |
