This article sums up some methods and strategies of training students in the fields through the searching of the Theory of Multiple Intelligences by the literature summarization, in allusion to the junior geography teaching, which is closely related to the visual-spatial intelligence, verbal-linguistic intelligence, logical-Digital Intelligence, exchanges-exchanges intelligence, naturalist intelligence, and sums up the general process of teaching of training students using the Multiple Intelligences according to the relevant knowledge, carries out the methods which is summed in the actual teaching by the empirical teaching meanings. And then making a analysis, in allusion to the result of the practice, sums up the experiences and indoctrination for the geography teachers from the first-line junior high school who want to have a try on the Multiple Intelligences to use for reference. This article has summed up some methods of developing students’visual-spatial intelligence, language-linguistic intelligence, logical-number Intelligence, exchanges-exchanges intelligence, natural observation intelligence, confirms that these methods have certainly effect in the reality, and according to the lesson analysis, analyze the application of these methods in detail, and provide the certainly lesson study for the junior high school teachers. Through this research, we can get the conclusion that we can obtain certainly effect as long as we get the proper way during the process of implementation of multiple intelligences to develop students’ multiple intelligences, but the training of ability can not be achieved just for much time, or just for a short time to see the effect, it needs the devotion and the persistence of the teachers for a long time.
