With the gradual popularization of education informatization of the country,more educational institutions and universities have shifted their teaching venues from offline to online,and the learner interactions have also shifted from offline to online.As an important auxiliary tool in the platform,the SPOCs online forum plays a vital role in improving the teaching effectiveness.Online interaction in teaching can reflect the learning process and dynamics of learners,and help researchers and educators understand the occurrence of learning.Therefore,the interactive behavior in online forum has always been the research focus of researchers.For the purpose of truly reflect the actual interaction dynamics of learners,this paper establishes social networks based on two different types of interaction behaviors,introduces a new social network index system,compares and analyzes the differences between the two types of networks,and then explores the factors that affect learners' academic achievements.The main research work carried out in this article is as follows.1.We introduce and clear up the present research perspectives and work of social network analysis and online interaction,and then propose the research content and research methods of this article.2.Taking "Freshman Seminar" as an example.The learner's response behavior is extracted from log file,the nominal behavior is extracted from the text content by manual labeling and text similarity algorithms.Then we established two different social networks and calculated group indicators and individual indicators,analyzed the differences between the two social networks from group and individual perspectives.The experimental results show:there are large differences between the two types of networks.Except for the Network In-degree Centralization Index,the group indexes of nominal network are larger than reply network.On the individual index,the two types of networks are also significantly different.3.To explore the factors that influence learners 'academic achievements,this article analyzed the correlation between individual indicators and learners' academic achievements in the two types of networks,and the differences in individual indicators between different groups of effectiveness in the two types of networks.The experimental results find:among the six indicators in the nominal network,except for the individual response indicators,the other five indicators were significantly positively related to academic achievements,while only three indicators were related to academic achievements in the response network.In addition,in the response network,the high,medium,and low-performing groups have differences in the Individual Out-degree Index,Individual In-degree Centrality Index,and Individual Reciprocity Index of the learner's individual index.There were differences in the six individual indicators of the middle,high,medium,and low-achievements groups and the learners.
