Universities are the cradles of cultivating talents for the society, and teachers are the main force for the survival and development of universities. Therefore, incentive problems about teachers in universities have become the important research subject. Nowadays, the teacher troop in the universities, however, have many problems, such as:the lack of teacher’s introduction and selection system, the lack of teachers’ management and training evaluation mechanism, the low salary and welfare treatment, career advancement and leadership selection system is not sound, working environment and the scientific research do not match, disharmony between superior and subordinate, and so on. Therefore, strengthening the research on teachers’incentive management in universities, improving human resources management bottleneck, exploring the management of universities own development model, is the urgent problem to be solved in various universities.Based on the two-factor theory of Hertzberg, this paper carries on the questionnaire survey among JC college teachers, combined with individual interviews, analyzing the factors affecting the JC college teachers’work enthusiasm. At the same time, motivation factors and hygiene factors are classified according to the survey statistics of satisfaction scores. These factors are:interpersonal relationship, job itself, performance evaluation, care from leaders, appreciation feeling, training and promotion, salary and welfare, and working conditions. Through detailed analysis of the data, JC college teachers’ incentive schemes are put forward. The conclusions are as follows:JC college teachers’ incentive mechanism must be improved, so as to enhance teachers’ job satisfaction and stimulating the enthusiasm of teachers’ work; The building of the material culture and spiritual culture need to be combined in order to form effective incentive system of campus culture; Strengthen the management system and funds to ensure all kinds of incentive measures put into practice.The empirical study of JC college teacher motivation is very important, managers can take corresponding measures according to the results, to establish and improve the effective teacher incentive mechanism, arouse the work enthusiasm of teachers, improve the staff s job satisfaction, and promote the development of JC College. At the same time, the study can provide reference for other brother college taking relative research.
