The study chooses the company officers as the main object, job satisfaction as the theme, with thecombination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Through sociological point of view, weexplore questionnaire and interviews on company officers of university students under the collection ofreading literatures and documents in XPCG, to describe company officers of college students in HubeiProvince in terms of the present job satisfaction under the sociological theory of reference group theory,expectation theory and the role theory to analyze the job satisfaction of personal factors, family factors andsocial factors.The study finds that college students have an overal satisfaction to their work.ther are five dimensionsof satisfaction in rank of their work:working relationship,work environment, work itself, workingconditions and self development. the college students have a relatively high satisfaction to the work itself,working relationship, work environment, the work treatment and self development. with the analysis ofthe effects of individual factors to job satisfaction, gender, education, university class make really accounts,however, marriage status only affects its work on treatment satisfaction. Male university students as"village officials " have a high satisfaction than female college students; the higher the education level ofCollege Students have, the lower satifaction they may have; married students have higher satisfaction thanunmarried students, college student in romance have a least satisfaction on work; besides, caree location aswell as entry motivation also affect the job satisfaction of college students. Influence of job satisfaction atfamily factors includes: family background and working attitude of their parents. Those who were born inrural area have a lowest work satisfaction, the satisfaction degree followed by township students and citizencollege students have the highest work satisfaction; the more support from their parents, the higher jobsatisfaction they may have. Influence of job satisfaction at family factors includes: ambiguity locationfrom superior constitutes and unintellectual policies on company officers from college.In the view of the above research, I think the government and employers must make a ground identityto company officers, invoving the official selection, improvement of college training and examinationmechanism, Perfecting quiting mechanism for college students; offer more employment channels andprovide fair occupation development environment after the expiry.Meanwhile college students should alsostay a correct working attitudeand realize the particularity of grass-roots work in XPCG to exort its ownenergy on serving and constructing in XPCG.
