As the Chinese curriculum reforms, in the class,students have been asked for the autonomy. with the development of the times,self-regulated learning has become a hot research topic.With the development of theory of self-regulated learning, the social cognitive perspective of the theory of self-regulated learning has a major influence. This research is based on Pintrich’s self-regulated learning theory,which belongs to social cognitive perspective of the theory of self-regulated learning,through the design of the corresponding psychological health courses to cultivate students’ self regulated learning ability.Based on the discussion of the theory of self-regulated learning and the lack and situation of the domestic research,with Pintrich’s self-regulated learning theory, combined with the characteristics of psychological health courses of senior high school, designed a series of psychological health courses teaching plan about self-regulated learning, and applied to the psychological health classroom teaching. Randomly selected two classes of the first grade of a high school as subjects,used the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MLSQ) based on Pintrich’s self-regulated learning theory measured pretest and posttest. Results show that the psychological health training courses improved students’self-regulated learning ability, and there is no difference between the experimental effects on boys and girls.In the process of practice of psychological health courses,this will have a guiding role in The training of students’ learning ability.
