How Psychological Tools Mediate Students’ Regulated Learning In Primary Schools

The cultivation of regulated learning ability has always been a hot research topic, some scholars pay attention to the mechanism and influence factors of regulated learning from the perspective of academic research, some elementary and middle schools are dedicated to the regulated learning teaching reform to cultivate students’ regulated learning ability, all of these have made certain achievements, and profound influence on education at that time. But from the current education practice, we can conclude that the traditional teaching reform on regulated learning have very high requirements for teachers’quality, and have the drawbacks of the regulated learning ability training is not systemic. How to avoid these problems in the process of cultivating regulated learning quality? With these questions, this paper makes in-depth reviews and research to strive to put forward some constructive suggestions.This study is divided into seven parts. The first part expounds the significance of the study on regulated learning, the drawbacks of traditional teaching mode of regulated learning, and the advantages of with "Psychological tools" as mediation tools in regulated learning teaching mode. The second part discusses the related research of regulated learning at home and abroad, and elaborated that Lev Vygotsky as the representative of the scholars made study on "Psychological tool". At the same time put forward huge potential of the "Psychological tools" to develop students regulated learning quality. The third part puts the main research methods of this study:case study method. The fourth part introduces the basic situation of the case "w school" students, teachers and parents, and the w school regulated learning teaching process in detail. The fifth part lists the data analysis process of the pre-test and post test results for the w school practice inquiry and draws that "Psychological tools" has a significant effect as the mediation role to promote regulated learning ability. The sixth part analyses the effect, process and influence factors of "Psychological tools" in cultivating students’regulated learning quality. Then put forward the internal operation mechanism, as well as the impact of school participation, students’initiative and so on. The seventh part based on the summarized above, put forward the feasible suggestion on the development and use of "Psychological tools".Through research, this paper argues that "psychological tools" in the aspect of training students regulated learning quality has significant advantages, it can change the disadvantages of traditional regulated learning teaching activities. On this basis, this study put some views on how to develop "psychological tools", and some questions need to be noticed in the process of use.
