Abstract/Summary:
Recently, the vocational adaptability of the fresh teachers in the educational field has become a hot topic. The vocational adaptability is the essential process for each fresh teacher and also the critical period for the teachers’ profession development. The vocational adaptability is a dynamic successive developing process which throughout the whole life of the teachers, therefore only when they adjust it constantly that they can adapt to the occupation. For the newly teachers they are confronted with various kinds of difficulties and challenges. The existing survey shows that the development situation for the fresh teachers(mainly in the first 3 years) is not optimistic.Therefore, the survey for the vocational adaptability of the fresh teachers can not only provide the practical suggestions for them but could also expand the profession development of the teachers in different phases. But the historical results shows that the survey for the vocational adaptability is mainly for the teachers in the middle and primary schools, and at present the researchers also start to focus on the vocational ability of the kindergarten teachers.The transfer kindergarten teachers as the newly emerging group have their special background which has remitted the lacking of the qualified teachers in kindergartens, injecting the new fresh blood to the preschool education. But can they adapt to the kindergarten education work smoothly? Some of the researchers start to pay attention to this topic, but the present survey for vocational adaptability of the kindergarten teachers in rural Xinjiang is still opened, if it is the same situation as kindergarten education in other regions? The realistic demand as well as the lacking of the theory making it essential for researchers to get the knowledge of real situation of the transfer kindergarten teachers in rural Xinjiang.Therefore, for this survey taking the transfer kindergarten teachers who participated in the training in Xinjiang Shihezi as the research target, through the questionnaire, survey and also the comparison for the kindergarten teachers to discuss the vocational adaptability of teachers in Xinjiang rural area, which has reflected the present situation, influenced factors of these teachers,and at the end to put forward the strategy on how to improve the transfer kindergarten teachers’ adaptability.This survey include the following four parts:The first part is mainly with the questionnaire and assisted by the interview to see the present adaptability situation of the transfer teachers in rural Xinjiang kindergarten. Mainly include the overall adaptability of the transfer kindergarten teachers; the adaptability for professional skills;professional environment, professional relationship and also the professional psychology.The second part is mainly with the comparison and assisted by the interview to discuss the overall adaptability of the transfer teachers and also the differences between the different groups,such as the ethnic, teaching age, education, transferring types and so on; carrying out the research to see the vocational adaptability situation of the kindergarten teachers, and meanwhile do thecomparison with the overall adaptability and the different dimensions.The third part is based on the knowledge for the rural kindergarten transfer teachers to put forward the questions during the transpiring process and discuss the factors influencing the vocational adaptability.The fourth part is the strategy for improving the vocational adaptability of the transferring teachers in kindergarten. And from the following three aspects, namely the support from the country and the kindergarten as well as the subjective initiative.
