Quality education and student-centered teachingphilosophy, mainly are reflected in classroom teaching. This paper aims to achieve teachingobjectives through the concept of "Health education", the effectiveness of the teaching contentand teaching methods, so as to achieve the effectiveness of music teaching.In this study, the main use of the method of the study, conducted a questionnaire surveyof the implementation of the concept of "Health education" teaching school for400studentsin Changchun City, and conducted in-depth interviews with three music teachers, and observein person the status quo of the music classroom teaching, andmade specific action research.Statistics and analysis using SPSS software, draw music teaching, analysis of the main reason,the concept of the "student education and teaching effectiveness of combining teaching beachieved in a student-centered classroom teaching effectiveness.
