Student—Centered Learning to the development of student-centered educationalphilosophy student in the classroom as the main body, stimulate students’ interest in learning,to enable students to autonomy, cooperation, inquiry learning, so as to achieve theeffectiveness of music teaching. In2011, full-time compulsory education music curriculumstandards also explicitly proposed to promote quality education, music lessons, the nine-yearcompulsory education and is a required course for all students in their practical reference to"students in person process involved in these practices, the direct experience of the music andthe rich emotional experience, and lay a good foundation for the master of music-relatedknowledge and skills, and understand the musical content, improve music literacy."the basicidea of the course, the music aesthetic as the core, as the driving force of Interests"emphasized teaching according to the students ’physical and mental development of the law,to stimulate students’ interest in music.2, emphasis on music practice, to encourage musicmaking and music teaching areas should emphasize students’ artistic practice actively engagestudents in various musical activities.3, for all students, focus on personality development ofthe theme music lesson teaching activities should be student, teacher-student interaction,students feel music and music activities involved in an important position."Classroom teaching as an important part of teaching effectiveness is directly related tothe level of the quality of education. Quality education and student-centered teachingphilosophy, mainly are reflected in classroom teaching. This paper aims to achieve teachingobjectives through the concept of "Health education", the effectiveness of the teaching contentand teaching methods, so as to achieve the effectiveness of music teaching.In this study, the main use of the method of the study, conducted a questionnaire surveyof the implementation of the concept of "Health education" teaching school for400studentsin Changchun City, and conducted in-depth interviews with three music teachers, and observein person the status quo of the music classroom teaching, andmade specific action research.Statistics and analysis using SPSS software, draw music teaching, analysis of the main reason,the concept of the "student education and teaching effectiveness of combining teaching beachieved in a student-centered classroom teaching effectiveness. Try raised a new issue of themusic teaching effectiveness research platform to provide a theoretical basis for theeffectiveness of music teaching in reference.
