Since 2001, the foundation educatio n course reform outline(try out). T he new curriculum has entered the 15 th year. During the process of the development in the decade, the new idea of the curriculum has been gradually accepted by education practitioners. Sample teaching is a n ew teaching mode in chemistry teaching. It is a mode which can lead students to explore samples by themselves, inspire students to find order through their subj ect teachers. Thus it can develop students’ innovative potential, improve the overall quality. “Chemical measurement in the experim ental application” this sectio n for the high school chem istry calculation knowledge involved is one of the key and throughout high school chemistry learning always, but as a result of most studies of the chemical sample of previous researchers focused on the chemical equilibrium, chemical reaction rate, crystal structure and so on, seldom involves the research about the "amount of substance" of the related calculation. Therefore, the author takes "am ount of substance" as the research content. Based on the psychology, pedagogy theory, combined with the representa tive sample of after-school summary, the author m akes a research on chem istry teaching in the "amount of substance" sam ple related com putational problems and analysis the effectiveness of the sample in chemistry learning.This article m ainly adopts the litera ture method, chart analysis method, questionnaire method, interview method, the high school "amount of s ubstance" of how relevant calculation based on the teaching of chemical sample study. First of all, the author of the research background, research signific ance, and to enrich the literature review of the evidence the purpose and significance of this study, combining the theory of education research to establish the research route, through the analysis of the actual situation of students in the sam ple after, and questionnaire survey statistics and interviews to teach ers and stu dents, set u p suitable for chem istry teacher m ay independently implement sample model, a nd the research evidence that chem istry teaching the practicab ility and validity of the sample, sample shows the practical significance of the study of chemistry teaching.This research mainly divided into five parts. The introduced first part about the sample in the teaching of research backgr ound, research status quo and insuf ficiency, the purpose and significance; The second part introduced about the sample research of theoretical basis, inclu ding sample processing mechanism, the p resentation of th e sample, the sample and the re lationship between the researchers; The third p art, empirical research, the author of Xining 2 chemistry teachers to do research, USE S the questionnaire survey and interview m ethod to understand high school chem istry teachers for the present attitude of the chemical sample teaching, knowledge level, summarizes teachers’ perceptions of chem ical sample teaching ef fectiveness; The fourth part, the author carri ed on the questionnair e during the high sc hool student to obtain the influence of the chemical sample learning for students learning, the view of chemical sample teach ing situation, and design the sam ple teaching of “am ount of substance" related calculation sample, comparing with that in com parative classes of normal teaching analysis, through the questionn aire analysis of the students in the sample after the change of the 3 d object to verify whether the sample learning is effective; The fifth part, summ arize the chemical sample teaching mode for the benefits of high student lear ning, at the sam e time reflecting on the sample teaching model and put forward some suggestions.Coming up with the following conclusions by this study:(1) the sample teaching high school chemistry teachers pay more atte ntion to the sample; Second, the sam ple learning chemistry learning has a promoting effect to the students. Therefore, giving some suggestions followed: 1. To grasp the system suitable for dimension and depth of knowledge module, do effective through the implementation of the teaching effectiveness of the sample, so that the students knowledg e spiral; 2. The chem ical sample design ef fectively master the know ledge module of the college entrance examination questions dif ficulty, and into the sam ple teaching m ode in the daily teaching Grade; 3. Make a preparing group as a unit for sample teaching, prom ote the effective implementation of teaching based on chemical sample teaching to optimize of teaching resources. The i mplementation based on the sam ple teaching is a multi-dimensional and multi-level system engineering. This study is about the practice of how to translate them into practical operation, which has m ade a preliminary exploration, hoping can be som e enlightenment to the teaching practice of m iddle school chemistry teachers.
