In this study, sports colleges and universities has the following problems, Sports colleges and universities there are practical difficulties exist cultural education for athletes and athletes security work, learning and training contradiction is more outstanding, coaches team construction is not reasonable, aging phenomenon is quite serious, competition system is not reasonable, less the number of athletes, the athletes are lack of practical experience to play in the big tournaments, no normal level. Venues resource is tight but cannot guarantee the daily training athletes running smoothly, difficult conditions, a serious shortage of funding, brought to the construction and development of sports teams.
