| The development level of competitive sports is the embodiment of a country’s comprehensive strength,which is essentially the competition of talents.The development of high-level athletes in colleges and universities has been widely concerned by the society.At present,under the combination of sports and education,there are two different branches and training modes for high-level athletes in colleges and universities.One is the athletes on campus,on campus and in training,and the other is the high-level athletes on campus and not on campus.In order to explore the differences between the two groups of different types of athletes,the throwing athletes in group C and GROUP D participating in the 2021 National College Track and Field Games are selected as the research objects(the college track and field Championships are divided into four groups,group A and Group B are ordinary students and vocational college students,and group C and Group D are high-level athletes).Using methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,through the learning of athletes,coaches,coach training condition as well as logistics situation three dimensions as a starting point,further to the university high level c,d group of the basic information of the throwing athletes,learning situation,level of coaches,training,logistics,etc,this paper compares and analyzes To explore the development characteristics of c and D athletes of different categories,the results are shown as follows:1.Learning and training factors are the core factors affecting the development of the two types of athletes.Group C athletes can receive systematic cultural knowledge learning,which can promote all-round development of students,while group D athletes can not receive complete education in cultural learning,and their employment prospects are narrow after retirement.In terms of sports training,the athletes in group D were higher than those in group C in terms of training time,intensity,training density,frequency and level of participating in sports events every year.These factors lead to the difference between the two types of reserve talent cultivation.2.The coach factor is the key to the training of young competitive talents.The coaches of group D are full-time coaches,and have more advantages than the coaches of Group C in sports technology,teaching experience and years.The coaches of group C are mostly part-time and have better theoretical research ability.By comparison,the coaches of professional teams have stronger professional ability and richer teaching experience.3.Logistics is a prerequisite for talent training of throwing athletes.The athletes of group D were stronger than those of group C in sports nutrition configuration,field and infrastructure construction.In terms of sports medicine and medical supervision level,the guarantee conditions of the athletes in group D are better,which is conducive to the athletes to complete training tasks with high intensity and high quality and promote the improvement of sports level.4.The two types of high-level throwing athletes have their own advantages and disadvantages.Under the guidance of the integration of sports and education,"integrated design and integrated promotion" should be strengthened.Through the integration of high-quality resources of both sides,strengthen the comprehensive ability of colleges and universities to independently cultivate high-level athletes,so that both types of athletes have the opportunity to get systematic education and comprehensive development on campus;The introduction of high-level professional team coaches into the campus,the guidance of college sports training,accelerate the improvement of throwing sports competition level;Make full use of the advantages of discipline construction in colleges and universities,promote the reform of high-quality scientific training,and form a joint training mechanism for colleges and universities to send professional teams. |
